The Panchvati residences aim to meet the special needs of our elders, offering them day care and stay facilities for a day ,a week, a month or a lifetime in a loving and caring environment.Set in the thriving hub-bub of South Delhi, our property has been decorated with elegance and thought.Currently, we offer 35 living spaces. Each space is an ensuite - complete with its own bedroom and bathroom, with services and provisions for every need of the elderly.

ECO FRIENDLY……it’s a green building!!
The project has a complex in-built system of rain water harvesting, collection and utilization. We also have a special plant to enable grey water recycling.We use solar energy for water heating.The entire building uses CFL bulbs through the premises for energy conservation.Large windows have been created to allow natural light into the rooms.
